I began my journey in retail ownership, where I developed a strong foundation in business operations, team leadership, and customer engagement. Building on that experience, I created Northern Manitoba’s first purpose-based yoga studio, wellness center, and smoothie bar—a grassroots endeavor that fostered connection, mindfulness, and holistic health within the community. This foundation led to earning my Holistic Nutritionist designation and multiple yoga designations, building up to over 6,000 hours of training and experience. These experiences became the cornerstone of my wellness practice, helping individuals thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Over the years, I expanded my expertise by owning businesses across industries, including education, finance, and wellness. My entrepreneurial experience has shaped my ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive sustainable growth.
Beyond ownership, I’ve managed projects in construction, finance, and consulting, offering strategic business operations, planning, and marketing guidance.
