Women's Hormonal Health

Get the Answers, Guidance & Support Your Body Needs

Most women struggle with their hormones but don’t get the answers they need.

-Your practitioner says your labs are “normal,” but you don’t feel normal.

-You’ve tried restrictive diets, supplements, and programs, but nothing sticks.

– You know something is off with your body, but no one is piecing it together.

I bridge that gap.

What I Do & How It Works

I take a holistic, root-cause approach to regulating female hormones, metabolism, and overall wellness.

Comprehensive Health Intake – We discuss your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals. I work with women all across Canada and the time we spend together is on Zoom or Google Meet.

Bloodwork & Diagnostics Review – I review lab markers to find imbalances. (note: only your doctor or nurse practitioner can order blood work).

Personalized Health Report – You get a detailed, custom plan with diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

Ongoing Support & Adjustments – Your plan is delivered through my dispensary client portal, where you can access professional-grade supplements, resources, and next steps.

Instead of patchwork solutions, you get a structured plan tailored to YOUR hormones, YOUR body, and YOUR lifestyle.

ABOUT

Bridging the Gap: My Journey into Holistic Healing, Resilience, and True Wellness

My journey in holistic health actually began when I was just 15—crazy, right? I had access to a holistic health food store, where my curiosity about herbs, natural health, and alternative wellness practices took root. I was deep into health and fitness throughout high school, and I couldn’t get enough education on this new trending word: wellness.

Holistic health? What did that even mean? Was it really possible to view health through an energetic lense? Could our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being be just as important as our physical health? I knew this was my calling. But how do you even begin to learn all of this? The more I searched, the more I realized—you can’t just go to school, get a degree, and suddenly become a practitioner in this space. And that was frustrating.

I wanted a clear trajectory. How does someone truly understand how the body works energetically? Most institutions dismissed it as pseudoscience. Kinesiology was the closest educational path I could find, but it didn’t quite fit. Naturopathy came close but still wasn’t all-encompassing. I’ve always valued truth and science, yet I also know that energy is everything. Was there a way to bridge both? Could holistic healthcare exist in a way that didn’t lean too far in one direction or the other?

Then, life gave me a reason to dig even deeper.

When my daughter was four, she suffered from severe inflammation. Her little joints would swell so painfully that she would cry from the discomfort. She experienced eczema flare-ups and felt like she was allergic to everything. Watching her struggle pushed me to take an even harder look at nutrition, herbal medicine, and supplementation—asking myself, How can I help her?

It wasn’t easy. But through relentless research and sheer determination, I became skilled at navigating healthcare to find real solutions. Growing up in Northern Manitoba, waiting eight years to see a pediatrician simply wasn’t an option. I had to take matters into my own hands.

Despite facing resistance from dietitians and other allopathic practitioners, I refused to back down. I paved my own path, carving out space for safe, effective holistic healthcare. Over time, I became trusted in my field and resilient in the face of skepticism.

It is difficult to trust natural healthcare when there are so many false claims in the world. That’s why we must be responsible in our mission and mindful of our influence. Traditional medicine is important and valuable. I always advocate for my clients’ best interests, guiding them toward the safest and most effective options available.

Sometimes, that means seeing a medical specialist. Other times, it means something as simple as spending time in an infrared sauna. True healthcare isn’t about choosing one approach over another—it’s about knowing when and how to integrate both.

The boreal forest, which I often joke about, saved my life. I owe a great deal of my own personal healing to the trees—to the nature I so deeply miss being away from. Trees have an incredible ability to ground us. I always say, “Go to the forest and give it to the trees. They are strong enough to hold it, and hear it.”

Twenty-two years later, I am the collection of diplomas, certifications, trainings, conversations, and lived experiences that shaped my understanding. What I do isn’t something you can just study in school and suddenly get. If it were that easy, we wouldn’t have such a massive gap in functional healthcare.

I hold a diploma in Holistic Nutrition—but do I focus solely on nutrition? No. I’ve traveled across Canada studying yoga, pranayama, breathwork, and energy healing—but do I just help people become more flexible? No. These are just tools. I’ve sat inside a Mikiwahp and experienced the deep healing power of connection to Source. I’ve had profound moments during yoga, breathwork, and Reiki—both as a practitioner and as someone receiving—where transformation unfolded in ways that defy words.

Healing isn’t just about food. It’s about our environment, our relationships, what we allow into our minds. It’s so much more than the surface-level understanding pushed by mainstream wellness.

When we work together, I don’t just look at the symptom or problem you bring to me—I look at everything. I consider the whole picture, analyze the patterns, and provide guidance based on real solutions. And while I’m not a doctor, there are many things I can help you navigate alongside Western medicine. True healthcare is about bridging the gap, integrating the best of both traditional and modern healing.

We don’t have to choose one over the other—we can exist in harmony with both. And that is what I believe in.

I enjoyed practicing yoga with Kylie over Zoom during Covid 19. She's a good teacher, she kept it varied and fun. I am sure it was not easy for her to teach this without seeing what her students were doing. I would recommend her wellness classes.

I contacted Kylie after I was prescribed a lifelong medication to control my thyroid in 2017. Kylie provided me with a nutrition and supplement plan and within 3 months, my thyroid stabilized and it has remained stable since that time.
